Houston has begged to go turkey hunting with PePaw. Daddy told him after Levi got a chance for a turkey then he would take him. He did take Levi and they missed one SO Houston jumped at his chance. Daddy shot this turkey Tuesday afternoon. I can almost taste it. Love me some fried turkey!!
Daddy got so tickled at Houston. A long beard came out in the field with 2 hens. He said Houston leaned over and whispered, "PePaw that must be the long beard's girlfriend and the other one must be his ex!" What ?! Daddy said it was so funny. You never know what will come out of that child's mouth.

Fried Turkey is "da bomb"...my brother cooks the best, but sadly, I've yet to have any this season yet!! So when you cook yours up, I'll have mine with a side of Krispy Kremes, please!! :)
