Movie Day

Nana treated us to a Movie Day! We saw Karate Kid and the boys loved it!! Levi literally cheered out loud during the last 15 mins. or so. So cute!! I could learn a lot from their innocent little minds. WHO CARES WHAT EVERYBODY AROUND YOU THINKS?!! Oh, I don't even need to get started on that one, anyway. We enjoyed lunch, movie, and the boys even got in a little Starbucks while I made a pit stop at Best Buy. Thanks Nana! We really enjoyed it! Now Good Lord Willing, the next 10 days will involve "Church Youth Camp" and then "Cannon Family Camping" and in b/t I have to find time to actually pack for all this camping. Looking forward to it already. The camping that is. The packing, not so much. :)

Baseball Parties

The boys love baseball but they also loved the fact that it was over and they would soon be getting a trophy! Houston's "first-ever trophy"~he was so proud of that thing. Levi loved his too, not his 1st but just as excited! Once we started practice, it was like we blinked and we were partying. When the 2nd one gets in the mix, it really does put into 2nd gear! We stayed busy but were also blessed to stay healthy through the whole season. Levi is already talking about football. Houston, not so much. He could take it or leave it. Levi is all ball ALL the time. Houston, well he just likes it when he likes it. :) Gotta love 'em!!

The 2010 5-6 YO Reds less Libbie.
You looking at my trophy? Don't you get any ideas! That looks exactly what he's thinking!
Oh yeahhhh, what I've been waiting for all my life. :)
Enjoying all of God's Creation!! What a beautiful day we had to enjoy it!!

Before the jump......

Walking on water after the jump!HA

Thanks Coach~I think I love you. :)

July 5th Already?!

FOUND MY CAMERA CORD!!! YAY ME!!! So, lots of pics. Bear with me. This is as close to scrap-booking as I get, so I have to put all this on here for my sake. We had a wonderful Independence Day but I didn't take the 1st picture!! Great service, great lunch and family get together. Great Night Service, great fellowship with church family and fireworks to top it all off. Hope ya'll enjoyed it as much as we did.

Just make yourself at home....

And that's right where he was. I was packing for vacation. I walked in the living room and found this. So cute!

Then a few minutes later, walked back through and found this.

Basketball Camp 2010

It was amazing to see how much the boys had grown since last year. Houston really has matured and actually could control the ball a little. He was so down on his self the 1st day. He was in the 5,6,7 yo group. And he being the next to youngest of the group, thought he "was just no good". A little pep me up speech and he was ready to prove what all 4 ft of him was made of.

Levi, as always, was up for the challenge! He was in the 8,9,10 yo group. LOVED every minute of being the youngest. Challenge is his middle name. They are wired so different. Love the similarities but also love all their differences. They are special and just the way the Good Lord made them.

Trying to hold back the smile.

2nd Time Around...He just couldn't hold that big smile back. :)

Momma, you looking, you got the camera ready?

He was SO proud of his blue ribbon.

After getting up early,(early for us in the summer anyway) and spending 3 1/2 hrs at camp every day~it was finally catching up with him.

Levi was tired but not as tired as Trevor! ha
What a gift the Lord has given me of being their Mommy.

They did end up winning 1st place in dribbling and 1st in free-throws for the 5 yo and 8 yo age groups!! Go Cannon Boys!! Not really bragging, just really proud. :)

PCB 2010

We had a wonderful vacation in PCB. The boys had so much fun and so did the gals! We were truly blessed with great weather and company. Chilled, relaxed and soaked up the sun! Already looking forward to next year, Good Lord Willing.:)

I'm SO in love with this man.

And these little men too.:)

Best Buds.

Best Buds.

One of our favorite past times. EATING!!!

Behold the "I am now too cool for cutesy, smiley pictures" look.
Behold the "I am cute and I know it" look.

They all 3 did this for hours every day. The water was so clear and beautiful.

Lounging before Lunch.

We had some pink in our house, for 1 day anyway!

We got the privilege of keeping our sweet Emma Kathryn, while Heather worked out her 2 week noitce. The boys just about smooched her skin off. She was so enjoyable. What an Angel!! She reminds me of Houston, sometimes, at her age.

Flowers for MEEEEE????

My sweet Levi surprised me last week with some pretty flowers. What a surprise and oh how it melted my heart. Made me stop and think in the hustle and bustle of the day. Am I really being the Momma I should be? The one that deserves this special surprise? The one who is truly thankful for every second I have to be their Momma? I did slow down a little for the rest of the day. And I did enjoy the flowers.

Loved the winter card with the summer flowers.(so cute)

What a pretty centerpiece they made. The vase of his choosing, every time he brings flowers.

Atlanta Trip

Levi got to take in his 1st Braves game in June! He was so excited! You can tell by the smile. :)

While Levi was gone, Houston and I had a movie day~just he and I. It was great. LOVE to be with all my boys but the 1 on 1 times are awesome too.
