Week's Worth

I have been so behind lately on blogging. However, I'm enjoying every moment and trying to make mental notes. Not a good idea!!! I am so forgetful these days!! Anyway, the Lord blessed us with another wonderful week, full of many blessings.

You never know what life can throw at you. We celebrated birthdays, mourned the loss of an old friend, and reflected on the loss of my sweet PawPaw all in a matter of the last few days. The ups and downs of life are certain but so is the comfort of my Jesus! What would I do without him? How do people just "exist" through life and never really "experience" it. The love he has for us is so amazing and with a relationship with him, we can enjoy life and love to the fullest.

I've been slacking in the photos dept! I usually have pics of everything but the last few weeks, not so much. Here are a few that I did capture though.:)

"Birthday Girl Beth"

My MawMaw BJ also celebrated her birthday on Sunday. We had lunch after church and she was happy as could be.

Abby Claire also celebrated her 4th birthday on Sunday. Dana had to reschedule her party due to sickness.:( But she's all better now.

We also went to Mack's birthday party Friday night at Skate Palace. I have only put on a pair of skates 2 times in my life, which was 2 times too many. Christy, however, talked me into putting on a pair and giving it a try. Only 1 fall and we laughed until we hurt! Didn't ever really skate gracefully but staying on my feet was the goal.....goal accomplished. I did hear Levi however, tell someone at church that "My Momma tried skating last night. It was so funny and she never did get it!" Thanks son! Levi, Houston, Isaac and Noah truly enjoyed themselves! We went to Pizza Hut after the party and they stayed busy "checking out hot chics"!! Hormones kicking in......
