Levi's Latest.....

My precious innocent son, whom I thought would not learn such language, so young......well he did! No, not really that bad, but totally unexpected. He has always liked Mack and the feeling has always been mutual. Well, they have a new seating arrangement now in their classroom. At the neighboring desks, we have a couple of girls who have found themselves interested in Levi. It is hilarious! One of the little girls made her feelings quite public on their latest bulletin board in the hall. They did something about snowflakes and she bordered her snowflake with "I love Levi", "Levi is HOT", etc. I hadn't seen it but Christy had and told me and we got the biggest kick out of it. Anyway, I asked him about his snowflake. He "couldn't remember what he wrote". So, then I ask him about this particular little girl's snowflake. "Yes, Momma, I know, I know. She's crazy about me and she writes it on her desk and everything." Then this big statement...."You know, it's alright if other girls like ME, but I hope Mack don't think I'm cheatin' on her!" "Excuse me, what was that?! Cheatin' on her?!" "Yeah, Momma ain't that what they call it when you got more than 1?" Yes, that would be what it's called, but 1st Grade is a little young to be accused of cheatin' don't you think?!! My oh my, they learn early these days, don't they?!
