Open House '09

Another successful Open House under our belt. Levi acted as if he is a "pro" by now. No clinginess or unsure expressions. Just good hugs and high fives to his friends and acted as if "Momma who?". Thankful though. Can't stand that look of "But Momma, do I have to?" He has Mrs. Tammy Davis this year and we are praying for a great year. Cannot believe it!! My baby is in the 2nd grade and it only seems like yesterday I was still changing his diapers. Houston will be home again b/c of the way his birthday falls. And even though he wants to go "Now!" I'm so thankful for another year with him. They have to grow up way too fast as it is. Say a little prayer for The Cannon Household as you read this. Please be in agreement that God will bless us with a wonderful, safe and healthy 2009-2010 school year and we'll do the same for you too, my blogger friends!!

The troops marched in.

Levi and Mrs. Davis
Mrs. Davis commented on how tall the boys were. She said she would have to wear heels everyday with this group! And she did have on about 1" wedge sandals.
Isaac and Mrs. Davis
His new "home" for the next 9 months.
We didn't plan the yellow shirts and plaid shorts, but don't they look cute?

Who is that masked man?! Who could it be?
