We suffered our 1st loss on Thur. night to the Astros, 6-5. Bomber! They played so well and of course most of them didn't even realize we had lost, except for Levi. He tries so hard and is such a perfectionist at the ripe old age of 6. It was 2-0 in the 3rd inning and he hit a HR and we had 2 on base so we went up 3-2. But it went all down hill from there. They rallied back and went on to beat us 6-5. We of course tried to explain to those who take it seriously the usual, we tried our best, we can't win them all speech. So, a trip to the playground and an ice cream @ McDonalds was all it took to soothe the pain.
We played the Giants tonight and pulled it out, 8-7. The team did great and so did my little man. We have 2 games left until playoffs and then we can slow down for a little while. GO RED SOX!
